My life has always
revolved around sports
and adventure.
Dubrovnik, Croatia
I’ve been lucky enough to collect a wide variety of experiences — and a few good stories — that have shaped who I am today. I was an NCAA tennis player and high school state champion, spent two seasons on the sidelines tending to the Badger football team, and worked both as a newspaper sports editor and behind the scenes for a sports media company. I’ve also met plenty of interesting people as a brand ambassador and through various bartending and serving jobs.
When I’m not working or talking about sports, I love to be off exploring the world. My adventures have taken me to places I used to only dream about — like hiking mountains and extinct volcanoes, adventuring with my siblings in Japan, swimming in the Aegean Sea, and backpacking across Europe for ten days with just one pair of shoes — easily one of my proudest accomplishments!
Through athletics, travel, and my wide variety of jobs, I’ve learned to be resilient and adaptable, taking on whatever comes my way. Whether covered in the daily special and beer, or in a plane over Croatia preparing for an emergency landing, I’ve learned to face challenges head-on and keep a positive outlook.
And no matter the situation, I always show up with a smile.
My entire life I have loved sports — both playing and cheering from the sidelines. There’s something special about the excitement, competition, and sense of community that sports bring to people’s lives. Some of the most valuable life lessons can be learned on a court, on a field, or simply by watching how athletes treat others and carry themselves.
Through my own experiences in sports, I’ve grown as a leader and gained confidence in ways I might not have discovered anywhere else. Those moments have given me a strong foundation that still shapes how I approach life today.
At work, I enjoy bringing order to chaos. I’m motivated by creating positive experiences for others and am always ready to take initiative and put in the work to make things run smoothly.
